Dermasof needed more than just a brand book—they needed a comprehensive education system that empowered everyone from global sales teams to distributors, doctors, estheticians, and their clients. My role was to define the brand, structure its messaging, and build a cascading training program that kept knowledge flowing down the pipeline.

• Brand Book Development: Created a foundational guide that defined Dermasof’s voice, mission, product positioning, and messaging for consistency across all markets.

• Sales Training Materials: Developed customized educational content for global sales teams, distributors, and skincare professionals, ensuring they had the knowledge to sell with confidence.

• Multi-Tiered Education System: Designed a train-the-trainer model, where sales teams were equipped to train their clients, who trained their clients, who trained their clients.

• Professional & Consumer Education: Crafted in-depth training decks, product guides, and technical materials that bridged the gap between science, sales, and real-world application.

• Live & Virtual Training: Conducted sales and product education sessions, ensuring that every professional, from distributor to esthetician, could confidently represent the brand.

This wasn’t just about selling skincare—it was about creating a global network of experts who could train, educate, and build trust at every level of the industry.
